MaterioPro was founded by Ali Moqadam, an OAQ architect, LEED Green Associate and PMP with more than 15 years of experience spanning architecture, interior design, construction management and architectural millwork.
Architecture first. Then the space between the drawings and the build.
Ali began his career in architecture, working on residential and institutional projects before continuing his professional path in Montréal. His later work expanded into construction management, commercial interiors and architectural millwork project management.
That combination exposed a recurring problem from several sides: designers need current, usable material information; suppliers need meaningful visibility and qualified contact; and project teams often work through fragmented samples, websites, emails and disconnected data.
MaterioPro was created to close that gap, starting with something tangible: a physical material resource and experience hub where professionals can discover, compare and specify products while suppliers can create measurable connections around real projects.

The Experience Hub is the starting point: a real place where relationships, material knowledge and professional habits can form. The future MaterioPro platform is intended to become the digital extension of that hub — linking material discovery to projects, supplier communication and eventually a richer material-driven workflow.
